When L. E. Brentwood, also known as the artist Elle, envisioned The Last Dryads of Aerda, it was a three-minute animation. It has since evolved into a three-book series. This is the author’s first fantasy novel and it is her sincere desire that you will enjoy discovering the secrets of Aerda and its spectacular creatures as much as she enjoyed writing about them.

L.E.Brentwood’s genre is not limited to tales of fantasy—she has an extensive collection of stories she wrote decades ago that are based on historical characters and events.

In addition to storytelling, L.E. Brentwood has been creating works of art for over thirty years. The cover of her debut novel and marketing video are her own creations and feature her own artwork. With that being said, the author does not use artificial intelligence (AI) for the development, editing or proofing of her stories or artwork. While she does find AI technology valuable, she does not use it for artistic expression.
